Pracovné podmienky

• Hybrid style of working with the possibility of working from home; twice a week, employees meet in the office for meetings
• Flexible working hours, with core working hours from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM
• The published salary is the minimum possible offer.
• The starting salary may be higher depending on the extent of fulfillment of the employee's requirements, including education, language skills, required practice, personality assumptions, and skills.

• Annual Bonus (Variable Pay): In accordance with the employer’s compensation Remuneration policy, employees are eligible for an annual bonus of up to 5% of their annual base salary total cash, subject to achieving 100% of the performance criteria defined by the employer.*
