Náplň práce

As part of the technical center, you will be working among international teams of engineers specialized in product & manufacturing development process.

As Injection and Rheology engineer, you will perform process simulations analysis (mold filling, packing, thermal exchanges, post molding shrinkage & warpage …) to define the best injection systems and parameters to achieve project’s targets.

Your main tasks will be to:

• Ensure the meshing of the parts, in accordance with customer quality criterias
• Define the inputs and hypothesis required to perform the simulations
• Design the injection system by simulating the molding process, with the Injection and Tooling Expert
• Write simulation reports and presents them to the customer (internal and external)
• Participate to the preparation of injection trials
• Participate to the analysis of the moulding results and compare them to the simulations
