From 2 300 EUR/month Final salary is negotiable. We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. We are looking for a senior leader who can turn business priorities into scalable, reliable domain data products while leading delivery, standards, and cross-domain execution in a Data Mesh environment. YOUR MISSION: As Data IT Delivery Lead, you will shape how domain data products are built, delivered, and operated in a federated data environment. You will connect business priorities with data product strategy, data engineering delivery, and operational reliability to create measurable business value.

What will you do?

This is an opportunity to shape domain data products end to end — with real influence on data quality, engineering standards, and business outcomes.

• Own domain data products across their full lifecycle, from design and development to operationalization, evolution, and retirement
• Lead data engineering delivery across data ingestion, pipelines, transformations, APIs, and the broader engineering process
• Co-lead with business domain owners to align business priorities, roadmap decisions, and delivery outcomes
• Build and scale domain data products on the unified data platform, ensuring consistency, quality, and reuse across domains
• Define and enforce data product standards for interoperability, governance, and quality
• Ensure reliability and operational stability through service levels, release discipline, and strong engineering practices
• Manage technical debt and architectural evolution while balancing speed, scalability, and long-term maintainability
• Drive strategic improvement through optimization, governance, ROI focus, and clear communication of risks and dependencies
