We are looking for an Account Manager to join our AM team. In this role, you will own the relationship with a portfolio of licensed operators and their websites — driving product placement, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction. You'll be the go-to person for your operators, working closely with our Product, Compliance, Operations, and Marketing teams to keep them happy, engaged, and growing.

You Will Be Responsible For

• Acting as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of assigned operators, managing regular check-ins, issue tracking, and customer satisfaction
• Coordinating product placement and go-lives on operator websites in line with the roadmap and setup standards
• Identifying and executing upsell opportunities — new products, features, and promotional concepts
• Leading business planning and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) for selected, higher-growth accounts
• Executing monetization actions within approved standard limits
• Planning and running promotional campaigns, coordinating creative and brand compliance with Marketing
• Handling day-to-day operational queries and escalations from operators, coordinating with internal teams
• Supporting annual website license verification, liaising between Compliance and the operator
• Ensuring operators have access to relevant documentation (certificates, reports, marketing assets, licences) via the Client Area
• Sharing market and competitor insights gathered from operator interactions with relevant internal teams
• Completing mandatory AML/CFT training on hire and annually thereafter
