This is a part-time, self-employed position.
The position will be primarily remote. However, because I am based, we would meet in person approximately once a week or whenever required.
Part-time working hours can be agreed based on availability and the needs of the business.

Job description, responsibilities and duties
Green Electro Heating is looking for a highly organised, English-speaking person to join our growing team on a part-time basis.
We are a renewable and low-carbon technology installer. We supply and install heat pumps, solar panels, battery storage systems, air conditioning and EV chargers for homes and businesses across London and the surrounding areas.
Although the company operates in the UK, I am based near Púchov. You will join a friendly team that already includes two other people based in Slovakia.
The role will mainly involve:
- Managing our lead management system and ensuring every enquiry is followed up correctly
- Helping to prepare customer quotations and proposals
- Responding to client emails
- Keeping customer records, appointments and follow-up tasks organised
- Supporting clients as they move through the quotation and decision-making process
- Helping the wider team maintain a consistently high standard of customer service
This is not a sales role.
You will not be expected to pressure customers, close business or use traditional sales techniques. We are not looking for a salesperson.
We are looking for someone who is excellent at administration but also genuinely enjoys interacting with people. Our customers are making significant decisions about their homes, so building trust, communicating clearly and ensuring people feel properly looked after are essential.

- Be fluent in written and spoken English
- Be highly organised, reliable and methodical
- Enjoy communicating and building relationships with customers
- Enjoy the challenge of learning about technical products
- Have strong attention to detail
- Be confident using email, online systems and standard office software
- Ideally have experience in a customer-facing role in the UK or working with British customers
- Be willing to learn the basic concepts behind the products and services we provide
