Job description, responsibilities and duties

Map, analyze and improve internal supply chain processes to minimize losses and inefficiencies in procurement, production planning, logistics and warehousing and to support the achievement of customer requirements.

Identify process inefficiencies and bottlenecks, propose improvements and support their implementation.

Participate in Supply Chain projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Support the development and improvement of Supply Chain procedures including inventory management, warehousing, automation, systems integration and distribution.

Cooperate with other plant departments to resolve issues and bottlenecks affecting Supply Chain performance.

Collect, analyze and interpret data to monitor Supply Chain performance and internal KPIs.

Prepare regular reports for department management.

Support the implementation and effective use of Supply Chain management systems and software.

Keep up to date with developments and best practices in Supply Chain and logistics.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of the plant culture and promote company values.

Requirements for the employee

Minimum education required

University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Experience in the position/sector

Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Economics or a related field

• Previous experience in logistics, supply chain or production planning in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
