We provide free recreational therapy programs in Slovakia, Poland, Czech and Hungary. We are looking for an energetic, whole-hearted, hands-on person to oversee and implement our programs in Slovakia.

Serious illness often isolates the child from their friends, disrupts the usual family life and damages the carefree childhood with fear and loss of self-confidence. They provide healing experiences that result in a long-lasting positive boost on a child's self-evaluation, confidence, inner strength and courage to keep going and to keep fighting. All that packaged in fun camps, hospital, school programs and workshops in a medically safe environment where everything is possible and no disease impedes a child from living their best life and have tons of laughter.

Program Management:

• Workshops

  • End-to-End Execution: Responsible for the planning, preparation, implementation, and evaluation of both online and offline workshops in Slovakia, ensuring full alignment with foundation guidelines.
  • Program Development: Actively participate in planning meetings to design workshop sessions, lead evaluative processes, and implement data-driven enhancements to improve program quality.
  • Facilitation: Lead and facilitate on-site workshops in collaboration with volunteers, thereby creating a safe and stimulating environment for children with serious illnesses as well as for the volunteers.
  • On-site Leadership: Step into a program leadership role during sessions as needed, providing guidance and real-time problem-solving.
  • Supervision: Support the preparation, supervision, and emotional well-being of volunteers, ensuring they are well-equipped to support the children.
  • Budgetary Oversight: Assist the Country Lead in monitoring and maintaining program-related budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness.

• Program Development:

  • City Camp (New Pilot)
    • Concept Design: Lead the design and structural development of the new City Camp pilot program, defining the overall flow and methodology with team support.
    • Project Coordination: Manage the complete lifecycle of the program, including the organization and execution of a three-day extended workshop format during the summer season.
