Key responsibilities:

• End to end Recruitment activities within our IT community in EMEA region
• Close collaboration with hiring managers in defining role requirements
• Communication with hiring managers to understand the job on the ground and with leaders to understand the vision and expectations from the new employee
• Build a relation with potential candidates and talents from IT and other areas positions through EMEA market and link them with new opportunities
• Build a talent pipeline of pool of candidates to support future hiring needs
• Helping with branding of the company as HR professional as the first impression makes the impact, be a face of company culture, vision, and strategy
• Be responsible for preparing and delivering regular detailed market insights with recommendations to help hiring managers to drive the right recruitment strategy
• Bringing new ideas and innovations is always welcomed

O tíme

You will be part of dynamic Recruitment team in Bratislava who works with hiring managers throughout various EMEA locations. The team communicates and helps the hiring managers in Slovakia, UK, Germany, Switzerland, or other Western Europe locations to set the right recruitment strategy, bring the talent they need and make a hiring process a smooth experience for both managers and candidates. The team partners with the dedicated business unit and builds their own business knowledge and relationship with the hiring managers in insurance or reinsurance business.
