17 - 18 EUR/hour We offer a starting rate of €17 per teaching hour, along with a transparent framework for future rate progression.

Informácie o pozícii

We’re looking for trainers interested in long-term collaboration. The approach goes beyond traditional language teaching and combines language development with coaching, facilitation, and soft skills.

You will work on engaging projects tailored to leading multinational companies operating across the Central and Eastern European (CEE) region.

Čo budete robiť

• Deliver online English language lessons via Microsoft Teams and other platforms as needed
• Teach learners at various language levels, from complete beginners to C1 level
• Train adults individually (1:1) or in small groups (maximum of 4 participants)
• Create and deliver quarterly Learning Plans
• Set and track goals using the OKR methodology
• Integrate soft skills (e.g., communication, meeting facilitation, presentation skills) into language training
• Monitor learners’ progress and celebrate their achievements together with them
• Collaborate regularly through online meetings with:
  • People Lead (well-being and goal setting)
  • EduExpert (methodology and instructional quality)
  • Operations Manager (back-office support)
• Upon joining, complete approximately 10 hours of introductory online training covering processes and methodology
• Prepare lessons independently, with full methodological support and assistance with goal setting (they do not teach from a textbook; they teach toward clearly defined goals)

• All lessons are delivered online
• Training is generally conducted during business hours: 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM CET/CEST
• Lessons are scheduled according to the trainer’s availability preferences
• Higher weekly teaching volume
• Fully remote work
