You will serve as the executional lead for regional digital demand-generation, translating strategy into high-impact media plans and driving end-to-end campaign performance. You will own publisher relationships and campaign outcomes, ensuring strong delivery against goals while aligning regional execution with global frameworks. Working cross-functionally, you will optimize demand generation through data-driven decision-making, mentor team members, and continuously improve results against key KPIs.
Partner with the Regional DDG Lead to develop regional media activation plans aligned with global strategy and business goals. Translate strategic frameworks into actionable media plans and campaign briefs for execution teams. Identify opportunities to improve media mix, targeting, and publisher relationships.
Oversee campaign planning, buying, and performance management across paid digital and partner channels. Guide Media Managers on best practices for campaign setup, pacing, and optimization. Analyze performance data to identify insights and recommend optimization strategies to improve signal quality and efficiency.
Manage relationships with key publishers, vendors, and media partners to finalize funding and added-value opportunities. Collaborate with orchestrators and external partners to ensure seamless campaign execution and funding utilization.
Consolidate regional performance data and provide strategic insights to leadership. Partner with analytics and orchestration teams to ensure consistent tracking, reporting, and benchmarking.
Mentor and support Media Managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and operational excellence. Share best practices and ensure standardization in planning and reporting processes.
