Náplň práce

• Provide administrative and project support to assigned teams and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, visitor logistics, and accommodation bookings.
• Manage purchase orders, invoices, procurement activities, and budget tracking within the ERP system.
• Maintain shared databases, document repositories, presentations, brochures, and other business materials.
• Handle professional communication with external clients and partners while supporting the wider BD Assistant community as required.

Požiadavky

• 3+ years of administrative support experience in an international environment, with relevant education in business or administration.
• Business-fluent English; additional languages such as German, French, or Italian are an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of digital collaboration tools.
• Proven experience with administrative processes, including meeting coordination, order processing, invoice handling, and document management.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and prioritization skills, with a proactive, solution-oriented, and team-focused mindset in multicultural environments.
