Mobility Account Manager (US HOURS)

Sales and Quote-to-Cash Management

• Support upselling and cross-selling activities within existing customer accounts.
• Manage quote-to-cash processes from initial customer request through order completion and billing.
• Use sales tools to create, monitor, and track customer opportunities and orders.
• Understand customer business objectives and position appropriate mobility solutions.

Mobility Services Knowledge

• Maintain strong knowledge of available mobility services, solutions, and current campaigns.
• Stay updated on product offerings and market trends to provide relevant customer recommendations.
• Support customers with mobility-related requests and service improvements.

Internal Collaboration

• Coordinate service delivery between customers, internal teams, and external vendors.
• Collaborate with sales, product, marketing, and customer support teams to resolve customer needs.
• Work closely with Strategic Account Leads on account development and customer strategies.

Client Satisfaction and Continuous Improvement

• Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively address issues and concerns.
• Collect customer feedback and provide recommendations for service improvements.
• Participate in customer status meetings and business reviews.
• Continuously improve product, technical, and industry knowledge through training and professional development.

Požiadavky

• Minimum 5 years of experience in customer-facing roles, sales activities, account management, or customer service environment.
• Experience in telecommunications, IT services, mobility services, or related industries is required.
• Experience with project management and customer relationship management is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, build internal networks, and collaborate across teams.
