From 1 850 EUR/month
The incentive is a non-guaranteed part of the overall compensation package. Whether it is awarded and in what amount depends on the company’s financial performance in the given financial quarter, as well as on the employee’s individual quarter-end performance review. For this position, the quarterly incentive can range from EUR 0 to the equivalent of 15% of the gross quarterly salary.

We help people discover unforgettable boating experiences around the world. We are looking for an ambitious, relationship-driven professional to take ownership of an assigned region, grow its performance, and build strong, long-term partnerships with charter companies.
This is a role for someone who loves business, enjoys working with people, and knows how to turn opportunities into results. You will combine commercial thinking, negotiation skills, and strong partner management to help secure the best pricing, availability, and offers for customers while growing the success of partners.
You will drive the growth and commercial performance of your region by managing and developing relationships with charter company partners. Your focus will be on maintaining a strong partner portfolio, improving partner performance, advising on promotions, and negotiating better pricing and conditions for customers. You will take strategic actions to strengthen regional results, ensure real-time availability, and help stay competitive in the market. Since strong partnerships are built in person as well as over the phone, you will travel frequently to meet partners face-to-face and stay in close daily contact with them.

Jazykové požiadavky
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential.
- You must have English at C1 level or higher and be able to communicate confidently and professionally in both English and Spanish with partners at different levels.
