What your role will be
We are looking for quality professional for limited short-term assignment, who will be responsible for:
• ensuring and managing quality in the production process in accordance with internal and customer standards
• analyzing defects and non-conformities (8D reports, root cause analysis) and propose corrective actions
• cooperating in handling customer and supplier complaints

Ability to work on fixed term contract (4-6 months)
Zodpovednosti
• implementing and maintaining quality management systems (e.g. IATF 16949)
• conducting internal audits and support external audits
• collaborating with production, engineering, and logistics departments
• monitoring quality KPIs and perform regular evaluations
• participating in the launch of new projects and products (APQP, PPAP)
• training employees in quality-related topics

What we will appreciate about you:
• University degree in a technical field
• Experience in a similar position in manufacturing (automotive is an advantage)
• Knowledge of quality tools (FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D, Ishikawa, 5 Why)
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 (or ISO 9001)
• English language at a communicative level
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Independence, responsibility, and team spirit
• Proficiency in MS Office
