In this role, you will support day-to-day activities that directly impact your area, working within established procedures while applying limited discretion. You will play a key role in coordinating and implementing market- and compliance-driven packaging and labeling changes.

The primary focus of this role is to manage and execute product labeling artwork updates (e.g., boxes, cartons, bottles, wraps, and other containers) by collaborating with stakeholders and the labeling team to deliver high-quality, production-ready graphics on time.

Your key duties and responsibilities:

• Coordinate communication across functions to ensure timely and compliant artwork delivery
• Translate label requests into production-ready, compliant artwork
• Manage and execute small to moderate labeling artwork change projects
• Create and manage Change Control Requests (CCR) in TrackWise
• Support implementation of labeling changes into production (assigned sites)
• Ensure compliance with QMS, EHS, and company procedures
• Review, prioritize, and track artwork and production tasks in line with deadlines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Regulatory, Manufacturing, Graphics, vendors)
• Support development and delivery of labeling documentation and project outputs
• Identify issues, propose solutions, and support resolution of project challenges
• Contribute to continuous improvement and maintain strong attention to detail
• Represent the Labeling team in project teams and support onboarding/training activities
