Zodpovednosti

Leading Process FMEA, risk assessments, validation plans, and manufacturability studies; overseeing equipment specification, supplier selection, and prototype testing Coordinating launch of production equipment and ensuring Run@Rate readiness Organizing transfer to plant representatives and support during ramp-up Documenting and leading industrial lessons learned Leading the extended industrial team (plants, purchasing, quality, logistics) Ensuring resource planning and project mobilization Reporting, tracking risks, actions, and continuous improvement initiatives

University education (Master's degree) Educational Specialization Ingineering or industrial management English - Advanced (C1) Microsoft Office 365 - Advanced Driving licence B Experience in automotive manufacturing or industrialization Number of years of experience 5

Osobnostné požiadavky a zručnosti

Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 50001 Proven experience in process development, validation, and equipment launch English – fluent (B2 or higher), other languages are a plus Hands-on knowledge of Process FMEA, ergonomics, safety standards, and customer-specific requirements Excellent communication, project planning, and problem-solving skills Willingness to travel to production sites and suppliers (~30%)
