You will oversee the planning, organization, and implementation of projects for the ecommerce platform, which connects customer systems to dealer systems to procure parts from dealers and grow ecommerce sales. You will be responsible for leading the onboarding and deployment of solutions for new customers. This role serves as the primary coordinator between customers, dealers, and the organization to ensure successful implementation, adoption, and long-term customer success. The position requires strong project management and implementation planning skills to drive customer onboarding activities from initiation through successful production deployment and adoption. The role supports strategic eCommerce growth initiatives by enabling customers to integrate digital purchasing capabilities into their procurement processes.
