Your responsibilities will focus on proactively monitoring alerts and backups, escalating issues according to their criticality, and ensuring thorough follow-up through our ticketing system.

Role & Responsibilities

• Perform daily checks at the beginning and end of each working day,
• Monitor and respond to alerts generated by IT monitoring tools, with appropriate escalation based on the severity level. - Ensure timely communication and escalation of critical alerts.
• Participate in IT infrastructure maintenance tasks (planned or reactive).
• Maintain and update technical documentation related to infrastructure and procedures.
• Support deployment and patching of operating systems
• Ensure compliance with internal IT security and data protection policies.
• Document incidents, interventions, and resolutions in the ticketing system (ITSM)

Hard Skills

• Practical experience of backup solution technologies (e.g. ,), disk management
• Experience with system monitoring and alerting tools (e.g. , , or similar)
• Practical skills in patch management and deployment of operating systems
• Ability to work with ITSM/ticketing tools and maintain clear documentation.
• Practical experience with virtualization platforms, especially hypervisor solutions (or similar hypervisor solutions)
• Experience in Windows Server administration and core services: DNS, DHCP, File Services, Print Server
