We are looking for a data-driven professional to join our Central Employee Survey Team. In this role, you will combine people analytics, dashboard development, and product thinking to build scalable insights solutions and improve how we understand and act on employee feedback.

What You’ll Do

• Build and develop scalable dashboards (e.g., code-/AI-based tools) for employee insights with excellent UX
• Translate data into clear and actionable insights
• Ensure data quality through validation frameworks and consistent governance
• Work with HR systems and org management tools
• Analyze and improve existing processes for scalability and efficiency
• Structure, plan, and steer complex projects across multiple stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership
• Support decisions on tools, data architecture, and analytics setup
• Drive innovation using modern analytics approaches, including AI and automation

We work in a HYBRID STYLE of working.

Odmeňovanie

From 2 700 EUR/month

The published salary is the minimum possible offer. The starting salary may be higher depending on the extent of fulfillment of the employee's requirements (education, language skills, required practice, personality assumptions and skills).

Personality requirements and skills Must haves:

• Experience in building scalable dashboards (e.g., code-/AI-based tools)
• Strong data storytelling and dashboard UX skills
• Experience with data quality management and validation frameworks
• Familiarity with HR data systems and understanding of org management tools
• Ability to analyze and redesign complex processes for scalability and efficiency
• Project management skills with the ability to structure, plan, and steer complex, multi-stakeholder processes including timelines, ownership, and risk management
• Strong stakeholder management skills in cross-functional and high-visibility environments
• Structured, detail-oriented, and solution-driven working style
• Ability to work in ambiguous setups and support tool and architecture decisions
