Job description, responsibilities and duties

• creating analytical documentation | processing clients business requirements and transforming into analytical documentation for clients and for development teams • technical investigation and analysis of current functionality and data structures in the context of new requirements • system and cross-functional design • production support • internal testing including preparation of testing scenarios for QA teams • calls | meetings with customers and development teams • managing client expectations, deliveries, satisfaction of clients • daily communication in English and Slovak • active part in project management
