Náplň práce
As an Accounts Payable Analyst, you will be an important part of our finance operations, ensuring that supplier invoices are processed accurately and paid on time. You will work with colleagues across the company, handle day-to-day operational tasks, and gradually build a deeper understanding of finance processes end-to-end.
You’ll join a supportive team that values learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement — a perfect environment to grow your skills and confidence.
- Perform four-eyes review of supplier invoices and verify accuracy before payment
- Handle internal and external queries related to invoice status, payment dates, and discrepancies
- Support period-end and quarter-end closing activities
- Reconcile assigned balance sheet and control accounts on a regular basis
- Share knowledge within the team and support training of new colleagues
- Contribute to team goals and perform other role-related tasks assigned by the Team Leader
