Vaše úlohy

• Support banking clients in achieving operational excellence and digital transformation , contributing to the implementation of new banking systems and solutions
• Assist in the parameterization and development of core functionalities within the Avaloq banking system , under guidance of senior project team members
• Support all phases of the project life cycle , including analysis, requirements gathering, planning, development, testing and deployment to ensure project deliverables meet defined scope
• Apply strategic and critical thinking to contribute to analyses and recommendations addressing client challenges
• Support and participate in client workshops , assisting in requirements collection and documentation
• Contribute to the definition and documentation of use cases , functional specifications and integration requirements
• Support testing and deployment activities , assisting in resolving issues identified in testing and production phases
• Work in close interaction with clients and project teams , gaining exposure to client environments and day-to-day consulting work
• Demonstrate willingness to travel internationally , as required, to collaborate with clients and stakeholders at various organization levels

Požiadavky na uchádzača

• University education (Master's degree)
• English - Upper intermediate (B2)
• Master’s degree in Management, Economics, Information Technology, Math, Physics, Chemistry, Engineering or comparable quantitative or technical field
• Initial professional experience or internship in banking, wealth management, financial services, or consulting industry are a strong advantage
• Exposure to project-based work environment, familiarity with project management methodology is a plus
• Strong affinity to information technology, with hands-on programming experience (e.g. scripting, configuration, or software development) is a must
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities; experience in business analysis or requirements documentation is beneficial
