Job description, responsibilities and duties We are looking for an experienced IT professional to join our team and take responsibility for the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of a complex Windows and virtualization infrastructure in an enterprise environment. In this role, you will work with modern Microsoft technologies, Citrix solutions, cloud services, and automation tools to ensure the stability, security, and performance of our IT systems.

Your tasks in detail:

• Administer, maintain, and monitor Windows Server environments (2012–2025) and Windows client operating systems
• Manage and support Active Directory, Group Policy Objects (GPOs), DNS, DHCP, file, print, and web services
• Administer and support Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops and Citrix NetScaler solutions, including gateway, reverse proxy, and load balancing services
• Perform patch and update management, software packaging, and software distribution using SCCM
• Manage Microsoft Azure services and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell
• Handle incidents, problems, and changes while participating in major incident management activities
• Analyze monitoring alerts and proactively identify and resolve potential issues
• Create, maintain, and update technical, operational, and process documentation
• Participate in infrastructure improvement initiatives and complex IT projects
