Information about the position Job description, responsibilities and duties We are looking for an experienced HR professional for the position of Area HR Specialist, who will join our team as a temporary replacement during a colleague’s maternity and parental leave. -Managing personnel administration and maintaining accurate employee documentation in compliance with local legislation.
-Ensuring proper administration and updates of employee data in HR systems. -Handling onboarding and offboarding processes, including all related documentation and formalities. -Processing attendance records, payroll inputs and performing related checks and validations. -Coordinating initial and preventive medical examinations for employees. -Organizing reconditioning stays for eligible employees. -Providing day-to-day HR support to employees and managers.
