Job description

You will be processing all vendor disbursements for assigned business units, timely and accurately, with consistent, measurable compliance with the corporate policies governing Accounts Payable. You will ensure that all incoming supplier invoices for all assigned business units are recorded accurately and completely and within defined deadlines. You will continuously focus on process improvements, growth in efficiency, and partner with other team members to expedite projects driven by these goals.

Responsibilities

• Checking post
• Validation of incoming invoices
• Processing invoices in SAP
• Email treatment of invoices
• Other administration tasks related to AP within EMEA region

Requirements

• Candidates with education suit the position
• Secondary with school-leaving examination
• Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
• University education (Bachelor's degree)
• University education (Master's degree)
• English - Upper intermediate (B2)
• Any other languages will be considered a plus
• High School diploma or bachelor’s degree
• Working knowledge of current versions of Windows, Word, Excel and Outlook
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Motivated self-starter with strong organization and multi-tasking abilities

By legal requirement we are providing the information about the basic wage component (minimum salary) for the advertised position. The final financial conditions will be discussed based on your experience, however they will be not lower than above mentioned minimum salary component.
