We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Cryostorage & Laboratory administrative Assistant

to support our laboratory, embryology, and administrative operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with documentation, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth coordination between laboratory and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to cryostorage and laboratory operations.
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing biomaterial shipments and prepare related documentation.
• Update internal databases and tracking systems for sperm, oocytes, embryos, and cryostorage inventory.
• Support laboratory operations by verifying, registering, and organizing biomaterial records.
• Monitor stock levels and order laboratory consumables when required.
• Assist with invoice registration, internal documentation, and monthly administrative reports.
• Support the preparation of business trip documentation and employee working time reports.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and maintain high standards of accuracy and confidentiality.
