The minimum gross monthly base salary for this position is from € 3,600. The final offer could be higher to reflect the candidate’s experience, skills, and overall fit for the role. Additionally, this position may also be eligible to receive a discretionary/variable bonus payment. Capco is committed to providing fair and equitable compensation to our people. Then join our Capital Markets team and support leading financial institutions in the further development of their environments. We are particularly looking for individuals with a techno-functional background who can combine business analysis, solution design, and system implementation.

Vaše zodpovednosti

• Support complex transformation and implementation projects involving the Murex MX.3 platform for leading banks and financial services providers.
• Analyze business and technical requirements, develop solution designs, and support the configuration, integration, and testing of new functionalities.
• Work closely with Front Office, Risk, Operations, Finance, and IT teams, serving as the link between business stakeholders and technology teams.
• Support the optimization and digitalization of capital markets processes across the entire trade lifecycle.
• Gradually take ownership of work packages, sub-projects, and the functional leadership of smaller project teams.
