O pozícii

The team works closely with international consulting teams as a nearshore consulting team supporting transformation projects in the financial services sector. It brings together strong German language capabilities, consulting skills, and understanding of banking, insurance and other financial services domains.

As a Senior Payment Consultant, you will work on transformational projects for clients in the financial sector, especially banks, insurance companies, and investment firms.

You will participate in international consulting projects focused on payments and digital financial solutions for clients primarily in Germany. The role combines business analysis, basic technology understanding, and strong communication skills to contribute to the design and delivery of technology-enabled solutions in the financial services sector. You will work closely with business and IT stakeholders on transformation initiatives for banks, insurance companies, and investment firms, gaining exposure to modern payment platforms, digital finance, and system integrations in a dynamic consulting environment.

• Preparing New Pan-European Solutions: You analyze how regulation and new technology will transform banking operations. You structure, design, and consult with clients on final solutions. Within months or years, you'll see the results of your work rolled out across Europe.
• Open Finance and API Integration: You design solutions enabling third parties secure access to financial data. You're part of the shift that moves institutions to a new level of working with customer data and launching innovative products born from this data analysis.

Požiadavky a zručnosti

• Completed university degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a comparable field; candidates with an interdisciplinary background, such as business combined with technology, digital transformation, payments, or financial services, are also welcome.
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in financial services, consulting, banking, payments, fintech, or a related financial environment.
• Good understanding of, or strong interest in, digital financial services and technology-enabled business transformation, including payments, digital banking, APIs, system integrations, automation, and data-driven processes.
