For our client we are looking for an experienced and business-oriented professional to take over the leadership of the HR agenda within a dynamic international production environment. This opportunity is opent not only to experienced HR Managers, but also to strong managers from manufacturing operations who understand business strategy, people management, and organizational goals, and are ready to bring a fresh perspective into HR leadership. You would join a stable international company with an open company culture and strong values reflected in everyday collaboration and leadership. If you come from an international manufacturing company, work closely with people, understand operational challenges, and think strategically and analytically, this role could be the right next step for you — even if you have not yet directly led an HR department.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and develop HR strategy align with company vision, culture, and business objectives
• Act as a strategic partner for management and support decision-making through business and people insights
• Take ownership of the full HR agenda, manage and support a HR team consisting of 3 people
• Support organizational development, employee engagement, and leadership initiatives
• Bring a business-oriented and problem-solving mindset into HR and organizational challenges
• Cooperate closely with management on workforce planning and achieving company objectives
• Lead or participate in change management and organizational development initiatives
• Analyze situations from different perspectives and translate business needs into practical HR solutions
• Ensure compliance with labor law, internal policies, and company standards
• Cooperate with regional and international teams

We are looking for:

• Experience within an international production/manufacturing environment
• Experience in a managerial, leadership, or strategic role
• Strong business understanding and ability to connect people strategy with company goals and performance
• Background in HR is welcome, but not mandatory
• We also welcome managers from operations, production, or similar areas who can balance empathy for people with a strong focus on business goals and company strategy
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving mindset, and ability to see topics from multiple perspectives
