Our group has been appointed to orchestrate a critical project recovery and handover package for the entire Paint Shop division in Košice, Slovakia. Following a structural transition in project execution partners, our engineering teams are taking full operational accountability from the milestone of installation audit, leading through the complete on-site trials, commissioning, and final production ramp-up phases.
Supervise the installation, fluid dynamics, thermal profiling, and chemical tuning of the core paint shop sectors (Pre-treatment, Cataphoresis/E-coat dipping tanks, liquid sealing/mastic systems, and high-temperature curing ovens).
Conduct laboratory checks on raw chemicals, manage mix recipes with suppliers, and perform quality/color tests on applied paint films (brilliance, aspect, multi-angle spectrophotometer analysis).
Fine-tune gas burners, heat exchangers, and PLC-based temperature regulation loops (PID controllers) to achieve stable thermal baking curves.
Coordinate with chemical, paint, and equipment suppliers to isolate and resolve application/coating defects (bubbles, bad adhesion, runs, orange peel).

Experience in the position/sector
- Proven engineering background in chemical process tuning, thermo-profiling, fluid raw chemical audits, or paint finish micro-texture/color matching inside automotive paint shops.
