You will lead our Recruitment & Career Counseling team and help shape how people join, grow, and move within our company.
What will you do?
- Lead and develop a team of recruiters and career counselors.
- Drive recruitment strategy and ensure an outstanding candidate experience.
- Partner with business leaders on workforce planning and talent needs.
- Support and further develop career counseling and internal mobility.
- Drive our trainee program and internal community.
- Use data and insights to improve effectiveness and decision-making in e.g. recruitment, exit interviews and career counselling.
- Explore, implement, and scale meaningful AI solutions in recruitment – not because AI is trendy, but because it helps us work smarter and create a better experience for candidates, managers, and recruiters.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and ways of working.
What should you bring?
- Ideally 3 +years of experience leading a team or project team(s).
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and talent acquisition best practices.
- Experience working with recruitment metrics, analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
- Good knowledge of the Czech and Slovak labor market.
- Curiosity about new technologies and practical experience with AI tools in recruitment.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with very strong hands-on execution.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ideally experience in one of the psychometrics.
- English fluency.
- Practical, pragmatic, hands-on mindset.
- AI enthusiast who understands its ethical limits.
