We are hiring. This is an exciting opportunity to own the visual direction of advertisement and growth efforts at a fast-growing startup.

We require that you work in-person in the office. We will also consider fresh graduates with no job experience.

Náplň práce

This is a full-time role focused primarily on ad creative and growth design. You’ll work closely with the founders to design, iterate, and scale high-performing creative across channels. Occasionally, you’ll also contribute to core product design.

This is an in-person role, with some flexibility for remote work, but will require significant on-site involvement.

Požiadavky

• Strong visual design skills with a portfolio showing ad creative or product work
• Ability to move fast: generate concepts, produce variants, iterate from feedback
• Comfort collaborating with engineers/marketers and working from data
• Strong motivation for working on challenging problems and in high-paced environments
• Experience designing for paid channels is a bonus
• Motion design is a bonus
• Product design experience is a bonus

Výberové konanie

1-2 take-home tasks, 2 calls with the founders, and an on-site paid day of work.
