Náplň práce
- You manage the daily calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments to keep everything running smoothly.
- You handle in- and outcoming calls and emails, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- You prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports to support the team’s projects.
- You assist in coordinating events and team activities, making sure all details are covered.
A typical day involves starting with checking and prioritizing emails, followed by preparing materials for meetings.
You often spend part of your day coordinating with different departments to keep projects on track.
The working hours are generally from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, but you are flexible.
Flexibility in working hours may be required occasionally to support urgent tasks or events.
