Support the execution of logistics team responsibilities and shift priorities in alignment with plant and departmental goals Ensure full logistics system utilization Ensure the team is operating within the targeted budget Proactive approach to 7 waste elimination activities leading to CAPEX and OPEX saving Lead and escalate issues via Real Time Management (RTM) and provide input to resolution Align people and resources within the Supervisors' scope of responsibility Coordinate shift-based operational activities and report performance to Superintendent Implement and sustain standards in 5S, work routines, and logistics flow
Provide day-to-day coaching and direction to logistics team members Execute holiday/sick leave planning and resource balancing for assigned shifts Ensure proper team communication and cross-functional coordination Provide on-the-job training for new or rotating team members, as delegated by the Superintendent
University degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial or equivalent technical engineering background/advantage Technical education master / bachelor level or vocational background in logistics or manufacturing preferred Minimum 4 years of experience in logistics or material handling, preferably in the automotive industry in position of supervisor or similar with responsibility in leading team Proficient in ERP/WMS systems (SAP preferred), with solid understanding of plant logistics flows Strong communication and coordination skills Ability to lead in a fast-paced, shop floor environment Shifts work in the future
