As a Customer Service Specialist, you will support the daily supply chain operations for selected customers. You will be in close contact with production sites, logistics partners, and customers, helping to ensure smooth delivery processes and accurate planning. This role is ideal for candidates who want to grow in customer service and logistics, gaining valuable experience in an international environment.
Zodpovednosti a úlohy
- Supporting daily communication and coordination between production plants, logistics partners, ADC, and customers
- Processing customer orders and monitoring schedules against agreements
- Supporting inventory monitoring, cycle counting, and stock take activities in cooperation with ADC
- Escalating issues and supporting the resolution of deviations in delivery planning
- Assisting in the preparation of logistics concepts and supporting RFQ processes (data collection, cost calculations)
- Managing basic customer inquiries and logistics complaints under supervision
