Job description

The technical center is the main engineering center in Central Europe for Exterior Business Group. We are developing brand new products for our premium customers. As part of the technical center, you will be working among international teams of engineers specialized in manufacturing processes, in design, in technical purchasing and various other technical functions.

Our CAD department is responsible for drawing and designing parts and products using 3D softwares, also called CAD (computer-aided design) software. To support CAD department, we are looking for a Data Management Administrator.

Your main role will be managing the exchange of CAD data between internal teams and customer PLM portals, using CAD software, as well as customer databases. Exchange of data will comply with our own internal methodology and customer’s, in adherence to the deadline for submission of the project.

Main tasks

• Managing the exchange of CAD data between internal teams and customer PLM portals
• Coordination and execution of CAD data deliveries promptly after receiving validated data from CAD engineers
• Uploading the CAD data and related attributes into customer portals (volume, weight, projected area, painted area, naming, revisions, status, date, read rights ,etc.)
• Managing the data delivery according to customer rules and deadlines
• Download new or updated data from customer portals and provide it to CAD engineers
• Support CAD group leader and project teams during data-related activities
