Service Engineer - Linux/VoIP Applications (Defence)

• Strong experience with Linux (RHEL), including troubleshooting and performance tuning
• Experience with virtualization (VMware, KVM)
• Understanding of networking, VoIP (SIP), SBC & PABX systems
• Familiarity with automation (Ansible) and scripting (Bash)
• Experience in system integration and customer-facing roles
• Ability to work independently and lead technical topics
• Strong troubleshooting skills in complex environments
• Experience with monitoring tools (Zabbix) and service management (ITIL is a plus)

Skills considered as an advantage

• Experience with Windows Server installation and maintenance
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.)
• Experience with database system (MySQL, MSSQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle DBMS)
