1 800 - 4 000 EUR/month
Our compensation has two parts:
Fixed base salary — guaranteed. From €1,800 gross/month (junior) or €2,000 gross/month (mid-level). This is your guaranteed minimum every month, regardless of how projects go.
Variable component — up to 100% of your base. On top of the base, based on hours worked on projects. In real practice - we agree on a target variable amount up front, and you reliably receive it. If your worked hours dropped significantly in a given month, we compensate it so you do not fall short.
