Job description, responsibilities and duties
What you'll do
As a Sales Specialist, you’ll play a key role in growing our business. You’ll build strong relationships with customers, find new opportunities, and help us achieve our sales goals—while owning the sales process end-to-end.
Main Duties:
- Achieve sales targets
- Build and manage a sales pipeline and drive high win rates
- Identify and approach new clients to grow the business
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and follow up on orders
- Negotiate prices and payment terms within approved guidelines
- Keep customers informed about new products, updates, and changes
- Maintain an accurate pipeline, forecasts, and reports in line with internal processes
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues quickly and professionally
- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
Requirements for the employee
Candidates with education suit the position
- Secondary with school-leaving examination
- University education (Bachelor's degree)
- University education (Master's degree)
Educational Specialization
- IT, Technical, Business administration, Sales, Economy, Marketing or any other related field
Language skills
- Slovak - Proficiency (C2)
- English - Upper intermediate (B2)
