is responsible for ensuring a reporting of plant’s performance in compliance with the Group guidelines, under the direction of and reporting to zone controlling manager.

Locally, he provides management team with all relevant information necessary to their decision making.

The position is performed independently.

Hlavné úlohy

• End month closing, reporting and gap analysis versus budget on the full P&L
• Controlling production cost, standard cost, sales prices, margins, overheads, overdue balances, …
• Monitors the plant risks and opportunities, and assists local and regional management in identifying and setting performance improvement initiatives
• Based on volume information provided by the group, preparing together with local and regional management annual budgets
• Assist local accounting in annual financial audits
• Ad-hoc analysis that help management team in their decision making

• Slovak - Advanced (C1)
• English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Osobnostné požiadavky a zručnosti

• Experience 5-8 years.
• Industrial experience mandatory
• English mandatory, French is a plus
• SAP experience is definitively a plus
• Automotive background a plus as well
