We are looking for an experienced to join our accounting advisory and outsourcing team. In this role, you will take full ownership of the accounting cycle for a major project.

Náplň práce

You will lead financial reporting processes under Slovak GAAP and IFRS, provide expert tax methodology support, and help guide junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in accounting outsourcing projects, including the preparation of tax, statutory, and management reports
• Independently maintain complex accounting records in ERP systems, close reporting periods, and prepare full statutory financial statements under SK GAAP and IFRS
• Prepare a full package of financial statements based on ERP data and perform financial statements review
• Prepare and submit tax reporting, including VAT, corporate income tax (along with appendices), tax invoices, and transfer/payment documentation
• Handle withholding taxes, including repatriation tax: calculation, payment, and related tax reporting
• Provide advisory support on accounting and tax methodology based on current Slovak tax legislation.
• Communicate proactively with clients and support long‑term professional relationships
• Organize the work of junior accountants, ensuring effective task prioritization, and develop junior team members through guidance, mentoring, and constructive feedback
