Building Insight capabilities across the team
Define and deliver a forward-looking capability roadmap for the Insight function
Elevate the team's craft in synthesis, storytelling and influencing senior stakeholders
Embed high standards and new ways of working, including the use of AI in insight generation

We are looking for someone who is passionate about turning data into impact and shaping how Insight drives business decisions.
University education
Min. 5 years" experience in customer insight, analytics or market research (retail or FMCG preferred)
Upper-intermediate level of English language knowledge
People management experience
Proven track record of turning complex data into clear, actionable recommendations
Strong communication and stakeholder influencing skills
Experience working with multiple data sources in a cross-functional environment
Exposure to agency or partner management is a plus
