Senior SAP GTS Consultant with German (SD, MM, EWM, LE) – Retraining to GTS Available

Join a team supporting a leading global industrial manufacturing and technology organization in optimizing international trade, customs, and compliance processes. As a Senior SAP GTS Consultant, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP Global Trade Services solutions for global import, export, customs, and trade compliance operations.

We are looking for experienced SAP professionals who enjoy working at the intersection of technology, compliance, and global business operations. While direct SAP GTS experience is highly valued, we are also open to senior SAP consultants from other logistics-related areas such as SAP SD, MM, LE, EWM who are interested in building their expertise in SAP GTS through dedicated retraining and project exposure.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements related to customs, trade compliance, and international trade operations.
• Configure and enhance SAP GTS solutions across global business processes.
• Participate in SAP implementation, rollout, and transformation projects.
• Support integration between SAP GTS and SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Conduct workshops and gather requirements from German-speaking stakeholders.
• Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with development teams on enhancements.
• Execute testing activities, defect resolution, and go-live support

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business Informatics, Information Systems
• German language proficiency at upper intermediate (B2) or advanced (C1) level
• English language proficiency at upper intermediate (B2) or advanced (C1) level
• Slovak language proficiency at advanced (C1/C2) level
• 5+ years of SAP consulting experience in logistics-related SAP modules such as SAP SD, MM, LE, EWM or (ideally) with GTS module (Compliance Management, Customs Management, Risk Management, Preference Processing)
• Interest in developing expertise in SAP GTS through project-based learning and structured retraining.
• Understanding of international trade and customs processes.
• Ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Odmeňovanie

Salary 2 050 - 4 800 EUR/month

Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to role, level, location, effort, responsibility, skillset, and level of experience.
