Final salary is negotiable.
We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits.
As a Head of Team you will take care of and act as a main point of contact for day to day coordination and steering of one team (up to 20 colleagues) within our company. You will be responsible for communicating company and team goals and deadlines to team. At the same time, you will be in a frequent contact with our customers and counterparts in Germany, managing their demands, plans, reviewing performance and development of your employees. We will prefer a candidate that is able to work from the office at least 25% of the working time

Maintain good relationships with counterparts and stakeholders
Monitor the performance, utilization and team budgets
Implement the measures to improve and keep employees´ motivation
Act according to valid legislation and Slovak Labor code.

Have at least 2 years experience on a similar position
