Tasks and responsibilities
You will accompany and monitor the processing of contracts in terms of creation, maintenance, and invoicing.
You will review newly concluded contracts for compliance with accepted contract standards and enter them into the ERP system.
You will ensure the alignment of contract billing statuses with the actual delivery.
You will conduct and monitor the contract related invoicing process.
You will actively participate in projects within an international environment (e.g., Digital Transformation).
Required education, skills and personality requirements
Required education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
Educational Specialization: Business Administration, Finance or Accounting
Personality requirements and skills
You to be ready to be part of a big team with good communication skills.
You to have the responsibility and ownership of country instrument install base.
You to be open to learn and develop yourself.
You to support the business and interact with business partners and customers.
Your qualifications and experience
Practical experience with the accounting standards IFRS15 and IFRS16 is advantageous.
You demonstrate a high level of initiative, reliability, and teamwork.
You have developed skills in the evaluation and analysis of big data.
Fluent English and Spanish language skills.
Basic logistics knowledge.

from 1700 EUR brutto /month + VAR*
