Customer Service & Sales Representative - French and English Speaker

We’re growing fast—and we’re looking for motivated Customer Service Agents to join our International Team.

O pozícii

You will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their questions are answered and issues resolved efficiently. You will also be the expert about the several products and accessories available for customers. You will represent a company dedicated to creating furniture and baby gear that combines functionality with exceptional style.

Vaša misia

• Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide outstanding service and support.
• Identify customer needs and directly recommend products and services to enhance their experience.
• Handle inquiries efficiently, resolving issues, and providing solutions in a knowledgeable manner.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of client products and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
• Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system to improve service delivery and sales strategies.

• Fluency in both French and English.

Odmeňovanie

Salary: €19,000 gross per year

Performance Bonus: up to €150/month after probation.

Ponúkame

• Start Date: ASAP
• Contract: Fixed-Term (6 months with possibility to move into a permanent contract).
• Full-Time: 40 hours per week.
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
• Working Model: Hybrid
• Training: 3 Weeks of training.
