We have proven references, active inbound leads, and a GTM team generating outbound pipeline. Now we need someone who can take those conversations across the finish line.

Náplň práce

This is a full-cycle closing role. You own every deal from first discovery call to signed contract - understanding the client's problem, matching it to the right solution, navigating procurement, and closing.

Day to day

• Run discovery calls to understand prospect needs, decision-making structure, and timelines
• Prepare and deliver tailored demos and proposals across our full portfolio - from SaaS subscriptions to enterprise on-premise deployments and bespoke API integrations
• Build proposals and pricing offers customised to each client's context
• Navigate multi-stakeholder deals - IT, legal, procurement, C-suite
• Follow up persistently and professionally through long enterprise sales cycles
• Attend industry events in Slovakia, Czech Republic, and Poland to close leads and generate new opportunities in person
• Keep CRM accurate and up to date - pipeline visibility is non-negotiable
• Feed insights back to the GTM team so lead quality improves over time

Day 30:

You know the product and pricing cold. First demos delivered, first proposals out.

Day 60:

First deals closed. Pipeline discipline in place. You know which segments close fastest.

Day 90:

Consistent monthly closed revenue. Repeatable process documented. You have a view on where the next 10 deals come from.

• University education (Master's degree)
• English - Advanced (C1)
• Experience in the position/sector: BDM, Sales manager
