Náplň práce

Ensure financial control, stability, and liquidity of the Slovak entity Maintain full legal and tax compliance Deliver timely and accurate financial reporting to the Group CFO Support management with data-driven financial insights and analysis Improve efficiency and accuracy of financial processes through ERP systems Establish and monitor internal controls to mitigate financial and operational risks Lead, develop, and motivate the local finance team

Personality requirements and skills University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field Several years of experience in a senior finance role, preferably in an international environment Strong knowledge of accounting, tax, and compliance regulations Experience with financial reporting, audits, and internal controls Strong analytical and decision-making skills Hands-on experience with ERP systems Proven people management and leadership skills High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability Fluent English (written and spoken)
