Time & Pay Specialist, (VCK)

Zodpovednosti

• Manage daily PX operations for production employees and shift workers
• Ensure compliance with labor law, working time regulations, overtime rules, and attendance policies
• Support leaders with workforce planning and scheduling
• Coordinate employee onboarding, contracts, documentation, and employee records
• Cooperate closely with external payroll to ensure accurate processing of salaries, bonuses, overtime, absences, and shift allowances
• Monitor attendance, vacation balances, sick leave, and timekeeping systems
• Advise managers and employees on PX policies, Labor Code matters, and employee relations
• Actively participating in improvements to the attendance sytem and closely cooperating with the technical team
• Participate in audits, reporting, and continuous improvement of PX processes

Požiadavky

• Previous 5-7 years of HR experience in a production, manufacturing, logistics, or industrial environment
• Excellent knowledge of labor law, working time regulations, and payroll-related processes
• Experience with shift schedules, overtime management, and attendance systems
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience with HRIS /Payroll systems is an advantage
• Fluent English and Slovak language
