Requirements for the employee

• University education (Bachelor's degree)

• English - Upper intermediate (B2)

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

• 7+ years of experience leading and supporting enterprise GxP platforms within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry

• Demonstrated experience operating at a senior level with end-to-end accountability for platform strategy, roadmap, delivery, and performance

• Proven track record of leading complex, cross-system initiatives, including integrations and data flows across enterprise applications and cross-functional teams

• Deep, hands-on experience administering, configuring and optimizing Document Management and/or Learning platforms (or comparable Document Management, Learning or Quality Systems)

• Strong understanding of system integrations, including APIs, middleware, and data flows

• Experience working in GxP-regulated environments

• Ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on technical levels

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across business and technical teams

• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to independently diagnose and resolve complex technical, integration, and data issues

• Strong experience applying Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum) in complex environments, along with disciplined release management, change management, and delivery practices

• Strong understanding of data structures, mapping logic, and cross-system reconciliation; SQL proficiency preferred

From 5 450 EUR/month As a motivated employee, you should be compensated appropriately. The minimum salary for this position is € 5450 per month (full time), but your final remuneration package may be higher depending on your qualifications and experience.
